Positioning

You built the income.
Now build
the position.

Most financial advice focuses on what to buy, what to save, and what to protect. Very little addresses what to do when the income is real, the advisors are in place, and the decisions still feel unclear.

Your CPA is doing their job. Your attorney is doing theirs. Your wealth manager is doing theirs. But no one is looking at the whole picture. No one is helping you think before the money moves.

That is the conversation The Money Plan was built for.

Who I Serve

You’re not
under-earning.
You’re
under-structured.

Wealth Builders

High-income women — physicians, attorneys, executives, founders, corporate leaders — who are ready to align their financial position with the life and trajectory they are building. You have strong income. Your financial decisions are still happening independently rather than through one coordinated strategy.

Capital-Ready Founders

Founders and operators preparing to raise, scale, or make a significant investment move. You need a strategist who understands how capital actually moves — not just how to pitch. You are looking for a position, not a coach.

When You Need This

You will know it is time when one of these moments arrives.

The Money Plan is not for every season. It is for the moments when the financial decision in front of you is too important to make alone, too complex for a single advisor, or too consequential to get wrong.

Tax Surprise

Your tax bill arrived and it was a number you were not prepared for. RSUs vested. A business sold. A bonus hit. And suddenly you owe more than you planned and do not know if the structure around your money is working the way it should be.

Major Influx of Capital

An inheritance. Equity proceeds. A liquidity event. A significant bonus. The money is real and the clock is running and everyone around you has an opinion. You need a strategy, not more opinions.

Divorce

For the first time, every decision is yours alone. Where is everything. What does it mean. What do you do first. You need someone to help you see the full picture and build a plan from it.

A Parent Died

Accounts you did not know existed. Tax implications no one warned you about. People calling with advice you did not ask for. You need someone to organize the situation and tell you what actually matters right now.

No One Around You Understands the Level

Your tax bill is larger than what your closest friends earn. The decisions are real and the stakes are high and there is no one around you who understands the level you are operating at.

Advisors Not Talking to Each Other

You have a CPA, an attorney, and a financial advisor but none of them are talking to each other. Everyone is doing their job. But you are the one connecting the dots. You are the project manager of your own financial life and it is exhausting and expensive.

Business Needs Capital

You know you need money. You do not know whether to borrow it, seek equity, use cash flow, or wait. You do not know what today's decision does to tomorrow's options.

Did Everything Right, Still Unclear

You followed the rules and checked the boxes and something still feels unresolved. Retirement. An exit. A transition. You need someone to show you the full picture honestly.

Financially Successful, Not Financially Organized

The income is there. The advisors are in place. And yet nothing feels coordinated. Nothing feels like a strategy. It just feels like a collection of accounts and decisions that have never been connected.

The Money Plan sits before, between, and around the transactions your other professionals execute. We help you think before the money moves.

The Process

How The Money Plan works.

Every engagement follows the same four-step process. The depth of each phase depends on your situation, but the sequence never changes. We diagnose before we strategize. We organize before we coordinate. We build the map before anyone starts moving.

01
Diagnose

We start by understanding your full financial picture. Income, assets, liabilities, business interests, advisors, obligations, and the decisions currently sitting in front of you. Most clients discover in this phase that the picture is more complex than they realized and more workable than they feared.

02
Organize

We create a consolidated view of where you actually stand. Not where you think you stand. We identify the gaps, the competing priorities, the decisions that have been avoided, and the questions that need to be asked of your existing professionals.

03
Strategize

We build your decision roadmap. Sequenced priorities. The decisions that need to be made now, the ones that can wait, and the ones that are costing you by being deferred. This is not a generic financial plan. It is a strategic framework built around your specific situation.

04
Coordinate

We help you activate the right professionals around the strategy. Your CPA, your attorney, your wealth manager, your lender. We prepare you for those conversations and make sure their recommendations are evaluated against the full picture. We do not replace your advisors. We make sure they are working together.

Engagements

The ways you can
work with The Money Plan.

Two engagement paths. Both are highly selective. Both begin with an application. Neither involves managing your investments or selling you financial products.

01 — Private Advisory Engagement
Highly Selective · Limited Capacity · Three-Month Minimum

Strategic advisory for high-income women and founders.

A private, one-on-one engagement for individuals navigating complex financial decisions, major life or business transitions, or situations where no single advisor has the full picture. This is not coaching. This is not a course. It is a working relationship built around your specific financial situation and the decisions in front of you right now.

What each engagement includes
Financial Decision Assessment

Onboarding begins with a structured review of your full financial picture — income, assets, liabilities, business interests, advisors, and the decisions currently facing you.

Monthly Strategy Session

One dedicated session per month focused on your priorities, your decisions, and your next moves. Nicole works directly with you. No associates. No delegated work.

Professional Coordination Support

We help you prepare for and make the most of your conversations with your CPA, attorney, wealth manager, lender, and other advisors.

Decision Roadmap

A written strategic framework with sequenced priorities organized by urgency and impact. This is your governing document for the engagement.

Ongoing Access

Between sessions you have ongoing access to Nicole's perspective for time-sensitive questions and decisions that cannot wait for the next scheduled session.

Investment is discussed during the alignment call. After you apply, the application is reviewed within five to seven business days. If aligned, a 30-minute alignment call is scheduled. No pitch. No pressure. If the engagement fits, an agreement and onboarding follow.

This engagement is not designed for: Early-stage debt recovery or cash flow crisis management. General investment recommendations or portfolio management. Coaching, accountability partnerships, or online program formats.

02 — Founder Capital Strategy
Project-Based · Founders and Operators Only

For founders whose business is entering a new capital chapter.

A defined-scope engagement for founders and operators who need to think clearly about capital before they enter the room. Whether you are preparing for outside investment, structuring debt, evaluating equity, or planning an acquisition or exit, this engagement helps you understand what you actually need, what your options are, and what today's decision does to tomorrow's flexibility.

What this engagement addresses
Capital Needs Assessment

What does the business actually need the money for and how much is the right amount. Not what a lender will approve — what the business can support and what makes strategic sense.

Financing Options Education

Bank financing, SBA lending, CDFIs, private credit, revenue-based capital, equity, and strategic capital. What each means, what each costs, and what each does to your future options.

Business Readiness Review

How does the business present to a sophisticated capital partner. Financial performance, documentation, narrative, and diligence preparedness.

Decision Sequencing

What to pursue now, what to wait on, and how to structure the conversation with potential capital partners.

Note: This engagement provides strategic education and decision support. The Money Plan does not act as a broker, placement agent, or finder. We do not solicit investors, negotiate securities transactions, or accept compensation tied to capital raised.

03 — Speaking & Executive Briefings
Institutions and Organizations
Submit a Speaking Inquiry

Intelligence for audiences ready to act.

Nicole brings the same precision and rigor to the stage that she brings to private advisory work. Sessions are designed for high-income professionals, executives, investors, and founders who are looking for substantive, actionable intelligence — not motivational content. Available for keynotes, panels, executive briefings, corporate financial wellness programs, and private events.

The Event

Small Room,
Big Deal.

A Private Financial Strategy + Wealth Coordination Experience for Women Already in Motion.

Twelve women. One strategic table. One day.

You built the career. Grew the business. Increased the income. Accumulated assets. Hired advisors.

From the outside, things are working.

But has anyone helped you make sure all of it actually works together?

There comes a point when your financial life becomes too consequential to manage reactively. The decisions are bigger. The tax implications are bigger. Your business and personal finances are increasingly connected. More people may be advising you, but no one is necessarily looking across the entire picture.

And underneath all of that is an even bigger question: What are we doing with our lives?

Are you enjoying what you worked this hard to build? Does the way you are managing your money actually support the life you want? What are you building toward now? What have you outgrown? What decision have you been putting off because you are not completely sure what the right move is?

Small Room, Big Deal is where we make space to answer those questions.

This is not a conference, workshop, or networking event. It is a private, full-day financial strategy and wealth coordination experience for accomplished women who have reached the point where figuring it out as they go is no longer a good enough strategy.

The room is curated. Access is selective.

September 2026. Atlanta.

Small Room Big Deal — September 2026, Atlanta
You May Need This Room If…

You are making more money than you ever have, but you are not completely sure what you should be doing differently because of it.

You have a CPA, financial advisor, attorney, banker, insurance professional, or business advisor, but no one is looking across the entire picture.

Your business is entering a new chapter and you are considering debt, outside capital, expansion, acquisition, a partner, or an eventual exit.

You received a tax bill that made you question whether your financial life is structured as strategically as it could be.

You are approaching a business sale, equity payout, inheritance, major bonus, or other liquidity event.

Divorce, remarriage, aging parents, children, estate responsibilities, or another life transition has changed what your money now needs to accomplish.

You have accumulated assets, but you are not completely confident that your investments, taxes, estate planning, insurance, business interests, and long-term goals are working together.

Or maybe nothing is wrong. You simply know you have reached a level where your next financial decisions matter too much to make them in isolation.

What Happens Inside
I
See the Whole Picture.

We begin with a financial strategy and wealth coordination diagnostic built around where you actually are. Your income. Your business. Your assets. Your obligations. Your advisors. Your opportunities. Your life.

We identify what is working, what may be disconnected, and what deserves your attention next.

II
Put a Real Decision on the Table.

This is not theoretical. Through a structured strategic exchange, we examine the kinds of decisions accomplished women are actually navigating.

  • Should I take on debt or bring in capital?
  • What should I do before selling my company?
  • Why am I earning more but still do not feel financially organized?
  • Do I have the right advisors?
  • What should I be doing about this tax exposure?
  • Can I afford the next chapter I actually want?
III
Ask the Bigger Questions.

Money does not exist separately from your life. So we make room for questions most financial meetings never ask.

  • How are you, really?
  • Are you actually living?
  • What are you carrying?
  • What are you building all of this for?
  • What do you want the next chapter to look like?
  • Is your current financial strategy designed to support it?
IV
Think Differently About Money, Business + Capital.

We close by examining how sophisticated financial and capital decisions are evaluated. Risk. Optionality. Debt. Capital. Liquidity. Structure. Timing.

The goal is not to turn you into a financial professional. It is to help you become a more sophisticated decision-maker about your own money.

What You Leave With

You should not leave this room thinking about your financial life the same way you entered it.

What requires your attention now.

What can wait.

What may be disconnected.

What questions you should be asking your existing advisors.

What expertise may be missing from your current financial team.

What your most important financial priority is for the next 90 days.

You will leave with one written financial strategy priority, one defined next step, and, where appropriate, a relationship-based introduction from Nicole's network to help move the work forward.

You have already done the hard part.
You built something worth protecting.

The question is no longer simply: How much more can I build?
It is: Is everything I have built working together to support the life I actually want?

What Clients Say

From the people who have been in the room.

— Business Owner, Atlanta

"I walked in knowing I needed financial strategy but I did not know where to begin. I walked out with a decision roadmap, a coordinated professional team, and clarity I had been looking for for years."

About

Built on access.
Grounded in architecture.

Dr. Nicole Garner Scott is a capital strategist and wealth architect operating at the intersection of institutional access, investor relations, and private advisory.

She currently serves as Vice President of Investor Relations and Strategic Capital at 6.8.10 Capital Partners, where she leads LP engagement, capital formation strategy, and institutional relationship infrastructure for an active multi-unit franchise expansion raise timed to Atlanta’s FIFA World Cup economic window. She sits at the table where capital moves — and brings that perspective directly to her private advisory work.

Through The Money Plan, Inc., she works with a select group of high-income women, founders, and executives who are not under-earning. They are under-structured. Her work closes the gap between income and actual wealth by building the capital strategy, access infrastructure, and institutional positioning most financial advisors were never trained to provide.

Series securities licensed across securities, life, and health disciplines, Dr. Garner Scott holds an MBA in Digital Entrepreneurship and executive training in Private Equity and Venture Capital from the Wharton School. She is a CFP candidate, a TEDx Speaker, a White House Economic Impact Honoree, and recipient of the City of Atlanta’s Phoenix Award. Her work has been featured in Forbes, CNBC, Essence, and Money.com. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and serves in fiduciary roles as Treasurer of Fayette County Democratic Women and Finance Committee member for her AKA chapter.

The Money Plan operates by application. Capacity is intentionally limited.

A note on separation of roles: Dr. Garner Scott serves as VP of Investor Relations and Strategic Capital at 6.8.10 Capital Partners. That role is entirely separate from The Money Plan, Inc. The Money Plan is an independent private advisory practice.
